Arrival/Dismissal Procedures

Buses will use the side parking lot (between PVE and CTMS). Students will arrive and dismiss from buses through the side door. This parking lot is off limits for all/any car parking. It is for buses only.
The entrance from 3433 will be blocked, forcing cars to loop into the Chisholm neighborhood.
There are two entrances from that road. DO NOT TURN INTO THE FIRST ONE. It is a dead end parking lot for staff. Also be mindful to allow staff in/out without blocking this driveway.
The second entry connects to our original front drive. THIS IS WHERE YOU WILL TURN IN.
Single or double line? The AM drop off line will run single line. Please DO NOT try to bypass cars or staff here. We ask this due to safety. Everyone has places to be, we understand. We try to be as efficient as we can be with the logistics and staff available. Thank you for your partnership and patience. The PM line will run double line. We currently load 20 cars in each round. It will take our students and new staff a few dismissals to get used to the pattern. Please be patient as we all adjust.
Please be respectful of our neighbors and stay to the right to allow them to bypass as they entering and exiting their neighborhood. Thank you!
Growing pains are SO EXCITING! The work for our new building is fun to watch! Keep an eye out as it literally changes in front of us.

To pick up a car rider, you must have a car tag viewable in the front window. These were passed out at Meet the Teacher (1 per family). If you weren't here, or didn't get one, we will verify id in the car pick-up line. Please have your id accessible.
